systems, strategy & planning

We know from experience that being a SENCo is the hardest role in school! Your strategy and planning can often be something that you need to try and fit in around teaching commitments, review meetings and the endless contact with parents - but it should never be an afterthought.

Our team of experienced and qualified SENCos and teaching staff can support you with a range of tools, advice and coaching to ensure that you’ve got everything in place and ticking over successfully.

We can also support with SEN governance, delegation of resources, Ofsted prep, provision/intervention audits, policy development and anything else you come across in your strategic role.

re-engagement programmes

Absence has increased exponentially, and many children need a bespoke offer of support at home, either in person or online, in order to be able to re-engage in education.

SP works either with local authorities or schools directly to offer individual and small group online teaching and interventions, up to fifteen hours per week, for children in Key Stages 3 to 4.

Our re-engagement coaches are also able to work directly with young people in collaboration with key school staff, to support them to improve their attendance through an agreed reintegration plan.
